WFS Multichannel Solutions New Seller Savings – General Offer Details

The offer includes potential 20% off savings of Multichannel Solutions fees for new Multichannel Solutions (MCS) users.

Discount offer is available only to first-time domestic or international Walmart Marketplace Sellers who start utilizing MCS after February 1, 2026, complete all Program onboarding steps, and maintain good performance metrics and compliance with Retailer Policies. Multichannel Solutions is only available to sellers who have signed up for Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS).

WFS MCS Discount:

WFS MCS discount will be applied for any seller that has not previously placed orders with Walmart MCS before February 1st, 2026. It will be applied once you have placed your first MCS order after February 1st, 2026. There may be an initial reimbursement of eligible MCS Fees at a rate of 20% MCS fees savings. After this point, you will receive a subsidized MCS fee which will be visible within your Seller Center Settlement Report. This savings does not include standard WFS general fees, outside of MCS Fees. The savings period starts upon first MCS order and is valid the first 90 days. Discounts are applied upon sale of the item, retrospectively by the close of the following month. WFS Fulfillment & storage fee, preparation services and unplanned fees for non-compliant inbound items are not discounted.

Additional Terms:

Unless otherwise agreed upon between you and Walmart, Discounts will be applied from the moment Seller places an MCS order until January 31st 2027. Even after Discounts have been applied, Seller shall continue to meet any performance-based metrics, or any conditions provided by and agreed upon by Seller and Walmart through January 31, 2027.

Walmart may alter or end this offer at any time without notification. Walmart is not liable for any errors or miscalculations of the Discounts. If Discounts are received incorrectly, Walmart reserves the right to deduct these amounts from the Seller’s account. Walmart may reconcile any applied Discounts, in your payment report. If multiple promotions are active for an item, Walmart may apply only the highest offer available to you.

This offer is governed by the terms of the Comprehensive Walmart Marketplace Program Retailer Agreement (the “Agreement”). Unless otherwise specified, all terms with initial uppercase letters hold the meanings established in the Agreement.

Any violations of the Agreement, Marketplace Policies, these terms, or any indication of circumvention or fraud may result in the reversal of the Discounts and demand for reimbursement. The final balance of the Discounts is calculated at Walmart’s discretion and is binding. We may revise these terms at any time, with changes posted in the Seller Center for your review. Continued participation in this Program signifies acceptance of these changes. If you disagree with any changes, discontinue your participation.
